Crash in FileTypes preflet with specific actions

Description

  1. Open FileTypes
  2. Go to a file type where your preferred app is "none"
  3. Click the dropdown box to open it
  4. WHILE THE DROPDOWN IS OPEN click on a different item in the tree view.
  5. Crashes!
