Description
Please implement multi-range selection similar to that in Windows, where you can use variations of shift, ctrl and shift+ctrl to select and deselect multiple ranges, using only the keyboard if you like, or the keyboard and mouse together.

Assign tickets with status=closed and resolution=fixed within the R1/beta2 development window to the R1/beta2 Milestone

Isn't this fixed? Selection ranges can be manipulated in the normal way using the normal keycombos in Tracker now.
