Use SWAP partitions if available

Description

If Haiku runs on real hardware, it's probably not the only installed OS on that computer. It would be nice if Haiku could use SWAP partitions from other OSes like Linux. That would save disk space.

Since Linux usually puts its RAM contents into the swap file/partition on suspend-to-disk, it's probably not a good idea to reuse it unconditionally. Maybe if you specifically configure Haiku to do so... but I'll close this ticket for now, if you don't mind, until that part of the VM is actually written.
