Description

To reproduce:

Open the Email Preferences applet and create a "send and receive" email account type.

Once done with entering all the Incoming and Outgoing mail settings, apply the settings and close the applet.

Reopen the applet and click on Accounts > Outgoing. This will display the incoming email settings instead of the outgoing.

I can reproduce this on real hardware and VMWare.
