Workspaces auto raise bug

I was run Workspace, an i activated the Auto Raise function. Then if i right click anywhere (for example on the Desktop) i get two popup menu. If the Auto Raise function is the same like the Deskbar Auto Raise function (if covered, and touched with mouse, bring up), then it not working. I can reproduce this bug.

You can see 2 menu on the screenshot. The upper is the BeShare menu, and under the Workspace menu.

I can confirm this is still broken in 27904, also the title should be fixed, should be Workspaces.
