kLeftTitledWindowLook's look is different from R5's one

Description

In R5, kLeftTitledWindowLook's leftside title bar is from top to bottom.

Is there any reason to change?

We're using tabs, and I don't think there is any reason to abandon them when using the left titled look. Give the window a name to make it look better :-)

Tab (mean title bar?) is short so that it can slide, isn't it?
