Despite the age it at least convinced me of usability of a spatial interface. It also has some interesting ideas, many of which Tracker and Haiku already do (full attribute support, saved queries) but also some others that are worth considering (a more separate browsing mode with more web browser-like features, or customizable label attributes that also affect the icons, view plug-ins.)
I just wanted to leave a note concerning this now without distracting from the work on the alpha. Since Apple probably won't ever implement this in Finder, we can at least do it in Tracker, or consider some of the ideas.
