Description
Currently "Recent folders" are set to "0", I think it would make more sense to set it to "10" because it isn't enabled anyway.
Also if you set it to any value, disable it again, close and reopen Preferences it would be again set to 0.

That's because Deskbar currently recognizes 0 as disabled internally. But you're right, it's a poor solution.
