Description
While the system/ folder will be replaced, other folders will be merged. If an inexperienced user attempts to install onto an existing partition with a different GCC, the system will be a mess. Maybe outright preventing this or displaying a different dialog would be beneficial?
installoptionalpackage's DetectSystemConfiguration() shows one method for detecting the main gcc and if it is a hybrid.
