[PATCH] Add Mac keyboard layout

Description

For the French and German Mac keymaps (cf. #5726), here's a layout conforming to the German aluminium Apple Keyboard with numpad.

Especially this fixes the display position of option and command keys. The eject key, the F13+ and the fn keys are not yet wired correctly; according to the French keymap there's an issue with missing usb_hid mappings.

Some optical improvements: Added caps LED, adjusted Fn keys size.

File should go into data/system/data/KeyboardLayouts/ with a suitable name. Don't know how much the layout might vary internationally.
