[Tracker] replicants doesn't work in Live CD mode

Dropping DeskCalc replicant on Desktop doesn't make any effect. However if you restart Tracker it will work. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that there is no tracker_shelf until you restart Tracker?
jam -j2 -q haiku-anyboot-image
qemu -cdrom generated/haiku-anyboot.image
Tested with hrev36469 in qemu.

Works fine with haiku-nightly-hrev48413-x86_gcc2_hybrid-cd/haiku-nightly.iso in vbox. Not sure if there is any difference with qemu -cdrom haiku-anyboot.image tho.
