Trac seems to send localized notification emails

Description

I noticed some notification emails sent by Trac on changes by the user mt are partially localized in japanese.

It seems to me Trac uses the user language to build the notification message, instead of the default language.

Fixed in upstream Trac. See ticket ​#8903. The change either is in the current version, or it will be in 1.0, so I am marking it fixed.

Reopening this, I'm seeing notification emails containing words from who knows what kind of ungodly languages.

Do you have a link to a mail in the ​Haiku Bugs archive that displays this behavior? I am not receiving translated messages actually...

At least the last occurrence also happened when an attachment was added. Maybe it only happens then.

I think I've found the culprit. It is in the attachmentnotifications plugin.
