Description

holding ctl+alt and right clicking to resize works great, except you can resize things that are not designed to be resized such as the desktop and deskbar.

(In #4493) Removed Humdinger's resizing method in hrev40060. Closing the ticket -- the requested feature is fully implemented. Aesthetical improvements are welcome, but no need to keep the ticket open.
