"Select..." window shows only on one workspace

Description

This is hrev40373.

Tracker's "Select..." window always opens on the workspace it was first opened:

  • Go to workspace 1
  • Choose "Select..." e.g. from Desktop's context menu
  • Close the window
  • Switch to workspace 2
  • Again choose "Select..." e.g. from Desktop's context menu

--> The window opens in workspace 1

Funny, I just ran into that a couple of weeks ago, but forgot to fix it - thanks for the reminder!
