Description

Hello,

There is a bug in the terminal. I can not change the color of the background, the selected background and the selected text. Only the changing of the color of the text works correctly.

Haiku version: R1 Alpha 3 RC Build 41884, VMWare image

Replication step-by-step:

  • Open the terminal.
  • Click on settings (menu).
  • Click on settings (menu entry).
  • Select "custom" color schema.
  • Change the colors of background, selected text or selected background. It does not work, no effect!

Best wishes, Miroslav Stimac

Hello Hubert,

The ticket 7209 sounds similar to my ticket, but there are two differences: Firstly, I am using German language (in English language it works fine!). Secondly, I can not change the background color, the selected background color and the selected text color. The text color (font color) can be changed without any problems even in the German version.

I think that we should merge both tickets because they seem to have a common source of problem that is related to the local settings of Haiku.

Best wishes, Miroslav Stimac
