Add option to not close the Find window after searching.

While the query options should be "foldable", that is definitely something I would like to see in Tracker one day :-)

That was one of the motivations for the tracker_layout branch, iirc there were some mockups from humdinger somewhere too. I'll get back on it soon hopefully.

Moving Tracker enhancement tickets out of R1 milestone -- Tracker's source code comes from BeOS R5, so it already has all the features it did on R5.
