[Deskbar] flickering on clicking expander

Description

You could see how whole deskbar flickers if you have "Show application expander" and "Expand new applications" option are enabled and you click on expander triangle. I even made some tests: compiled deskbar from sources configure --target=bone jam Deskbar launched it and in the same time launched deskbar from opentracker 5.21 (previous versions) version and didi some clicks on expander triangle. This test show that current deskbar (and the latest one from bebits) indeed flickers way too much compared to previous versions.
