Description
I suggest to extend the number of the RSS/Atom items from 10 to 25 (for example), because many times there are more than 10 changes/commits in the source code, but we cannot see those in the feed readers. And I think it would be better to change the published time to the commit time of the patch.

I am unsure what you mean. Source commits are currently not available on Trac, so you are probably talking about another feed (perhaps from github?) Could you post the address of the feed you are talking about?
