Here's what I have so far. The deskbar replicant is displayed (no back end messaging yet). And I have the notification center with a scroll bar displayed (automatic scrollbar sizing yet to be done). But I can set the scrollbar size manually and had to move some drawing out of the BGroupView class into a new BView class since it was doing some custom drawing causing the group header to draw over the Notification Center label view.
