#14938 fixed Check for python executable name apl-haiku pulkomandy

Reported by one of our Outreachy candidate intern:

/bin/sh: 2: python: not found

python../src/apps/haikudepot/build/scripts/ -i../src/apps/haikudepot/server/schema/dumpexportpkg.json--outputdirectoryobjects/haiku/x86_64/common/apps/haikudepot/dumpexportpkgbulklistener--supportbulkcontainer

I guess only python3 is installed, and only available as python3? Probably we should check for this in the configure script and use the correct name for it?

#14927 no change required HaikuDepot doesn't show any packages apl-haiku KapiX

Since some time HaikuDepot doesn't show any packages on my machine. What's interesting is that while loading they are visible but then disappear, like some kind of filter (search perhaps) was applied. Searching for something else doesn't help. There were three Qt packages visible (installed from local hpkg IIRC), but since I uninstalled them the list is empty. I tried removing local settings but it didn't help. I have selected to show packages from all repositories.

I can provide logs but I need to know which ones.

#14925 fixed regression: VESA video does not reset. nobody bbjimmy

hrev52919 shows no video

device Display controller (VGA compatible controller, VGA controller) [3|0|0]

vendor 8086: Intel Corporation device 2562: 82845G/GL[Brookdale-G]/GE Chipset Integrated Graphics Device

I use VESA as the intel extreme video driver is broken on this hardware.

Booting hrev52919 shows no splash screen and no Desktop.

I can ssh in and issue a screenmode command :

screenmode 1280 1024, 16 bits, 60 Hz

Without accepting the setting and letting it reset to the currend mode this resets the video controller to my normal 1280 1024, 32 bits, 60 Hz mode. Now the Desktop then displays.
