Trac thinks my submission might be spam, every single time

Description
Since upgrading to > ~hrev47000 (at least on hrev47020, but also an earlier one beginning with 47) no matter what my bug reports or comments seem to contain, Trac forces a captcha when I use Web+. I log in as me here using Win7/Firefox and it doesn't seem to (although the sample size for that is much smaller.) I'm not sure if this is a Trac issue or Web+ or both i.e. only the combination of the two.

happens to me all the time to, its really annoying.
