    11Actually the tab you have shown is the "Paper Setup"; incorrectly identified as the "page Setup" (another bug). There should be a second selection available for the actual "Page Setup" (screenshot1), which when selected should provide adjustments for color, print quality and page range etc (screenshot2). Please try again. I think you're missing a step somewhere.
     2I suggest you select "Print..." rather than "Page setup..." from the "File" dropdown menu.
