Trac displays users' full names with no option to disable

Description
Some users on this system have one name as their username, which isn't really helpful as there are other users with that same name, which requires me to mouse-over their name to see who it really is. But in comments this isn't possible at all, as names are not links there.
It would be fine if I had a preference to turn it off, but there doesn't seem to be one. It looks like there's only a global setting: https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/7339
I don't know what other users think, but at least for me the old behavior of usernames-only was much better.

+1 to usernames. If someone changes their screen name to the one of a well-known dev, much trolling could happen.

Added the option to the ini and restarted Trac. Looks like it is indeed working.
I agree. It is easier to identify a person in Trac by his nickname as this is what we see on forum and irc.
