    1 Are you using the old or the new UI?
    2 I got this error once by switching to old UI and then pressing the "back" button.

     5The old UI is deprecated now, and the new UI has been improved with the recent update to Gerrit 2.16, so I recommend removing this cookie and using the new UI (now the default).
