I have been living with this for several years.
apparentlu this is a bug ..

The system now boots, but... KERN: usb error stack 0: KERN: no bus managers available

Yes, it appears the problem here is that ACPI failed initialization, so the ACPI interrupt routing tables can't be used.
What model of PC is this? Is there a firmware upgrade available for it?
