Move Nightly downloads page to new subdomain

The Nightly downloads page is at ​https://download.haiku-os.org - this makes it look like the page is for all downloads related to Haiku, however this doesn't reflect what the page is actually for, downloading nightly builds. Indeed, if one searches up "download haiku", the Nightly downloads page pops up first.

Thus, it is proposed that we move the Nightly downloads page to a more suitable subdomain (and a redirect be created) such as ​https://nightlies.haiku-os.org - this minimises any confusion over where to download stable releases versus nightly builds.

If the problem is people landing there due to search results, we should simply add a robots.txt that prevents the page from being indexed.

Or, yes, just add the stable releases too.

if someone gets me a 64px folder icon (like ​https://download.haiku-os.org/style/ico_64_folder_dev.png) without the bug (aka for "stable") i'll re-introduce the stable download section on download.haiku-os.org

That one is with a leaf overlay, which should be fine for stable images:

Any chance we could use an SVG? It would probably scale better on larger screens.
