    11It shows an error indeed. You have I think 2 lanes to your panel, while programming thinks it's just one. So it cannot work indeed.
    2 I just pushed another updated to the driver which paves the way to fix this problem (decoupling of the eDP link / FDI link M/N programming from the FDI link train stuff. Next up I'll only call M/N programming if PORT_A on gen 6 and 7. Still need to put in some time to see if I can dig up the settings from a register or two in your card though, but looks like gen6 misses stuff that gen7 does have, if so I am going to assume all gen6 eDP panels use 2 lanes fixed for instance.
