Description

It uses B_PANEL_TEXT_COLOR in poseviews, in the install diaolg window and the Usage Conditions windows, see screenshots.

This one is a dup then.

No doubt that the dialog part is. But I would rather say that one complement the other. This one also spots Usage Conditions and I don't know if that would need a separate treatment.
