Sluggishness in LaunchBox pad preparation?

If you make a few clones of the default pad and create a few empty ones, then quit and restart LaunchBox, opening the filled pads is a lot slower than opening the empty pads. The difference in pad preparation time is logical, but it shouldn't be quite this obvious.

Is this issue still present? I created 10 new pads and cloned 5 with icons and they all open almost instantly in virtualbox on a very old machine.
