    11Ok, tried looking at the processes running and I killed a bunch of them, namely bash+Terminal, Telegram and LnLauncher, and the issue persisted, I didn't want to kill sshd and dbus-daemon in case doing that would've made the system unstable.

    23Killing Deskbar fixed the issue but tbh I should've tried at least killing "mozc_server" as well. Oh well, I'm going to be more thorough with it next time and report back.
