This is hrev58291.
FillRect with fractional coordinates is not painted antialiased even if B_SUBPIXEL_PRECISE view flag is set.
Problem can be observed by running attached test program. It draw 3 test patterns: using FillRect, using FillShape and FillEllipse. Pattern 2 and 3 have proper antialiasing but pattern 1 is not antialiased.
Pattern 1 should look the same as pattern 2.
