No desktop icons on first boot

Description

Since a couple of revisions before hrev25573, on first boot of Haiku, Tracker does not display the desktop icons. To have them displayed, I can either kill Tracker and restart the desktop, or reboot Haiku.

This is fully reproducible on first boot, never on subsequent boots.

System is SMP.
