It is.
This may be related: A second press of the MENU key should also hide the Deskbar menu again. Pressing ESC will collaps the Deskbar menu, but still has the "Leaf-button" pressed/darkgrey. In both cases the Deskbar should be returned to an inactive state.

It is.

Cannot reproduce the ESC key issue in hrev45107. Closing as fixed.
