Copy a chunk of text from somewhere using alt-c.
Open the mail application, in the mail message area past the text with alt-v. Undo with alt-z. Then do another alt-v and alt-z, and a dialog with the message "Inconsistency occurred in the undo/redo buffer." appears.

Was not fixed during GCI 2011. Looks like complete undo/redo algorithm should be refactored that is out of scope typical GCI task.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
Change assignment because it is going to be published as GCI 2011 task.
