Description
The Video Thumbnailer tracker add-on
http://haikuware.com/directory/view-details/system-files/tracker-add-ons/video-thumbnailer
doesn't work for me under the hybrid 43192 with ffmpeg (ffplay)installed:

I can see autotrace is in my path but neither the R5 nor the Zeta version of this add-on work when installed to their default paths for me.

loadicon came from the R5 SVG pack, which if I recall correctly also required one to install Tracker.NewFS, neither was in any way part of the base R5 install/APIs.
I'm reporting this as Video Thumbnailer seems to require something called loadicon (R5 install mode, which is what I presumed would work) or IconTool (Zeta). There is no binary included with Haiku called loadicon or icontool/IconTool so is this an unimplemented or broken function within Haiku that this add-on requires?
