Description
Since Deskbar's icons could be magnified, the icons near clock too, could be magnified.. At the moment with larger Deskbar's icons, the other icons near the clock looks too much tiny and too much poorly defined.

This became a real problem with HiDPI screens. Assigning to jscipione as he worked on something related recently.

Note that some replicants like Netpulse and replicants created by desklink will stuck at 16x16.
