#8766 closed bug (fixed)

Recent nightly builds doesn't boot on my computer.

Reported by: Premislaus Owned by: nobody

Keywords: booting, nightly builds, iso Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking:
Platform: x86

Description

Strange problem. For the first time something like this happened to me.

  1. As usual, I downloaded the iso zip.
  2. I recorded the image using ImgBurn.
  3. After reboot I pressed F12 - boot menu, I chose the CD-ROM.
  4. Well, after the POST mode, displays the "booting from CD" and turns on Windows.

hrev44378 - don't work. hrev44370 - don't work. hrev44361 - don't work. hrev44354 - works. And older too.

All of this is gcc4h iso.

hrev44384 don't work :-(.

hrev44398 ISO does not work, but anyboot yes. Strange.

Could possibly be space overrun issues on the ISO then...can you confirm it's the case that anyboot works for the others as well?

comment:5 by Premislaus, 12 years ago

Fixed! Works good on hrev44543 gcc4h.

Sorry for the delay and for the fact that I did not check the others. I really had no time :-(.
