"New E-mail" sound event

Description
The "New E-mail" sound event does not works. The given sound does not when new mail arrives plays.

Some new info: I got sound on new e-mail, but only if I click on the "Check for mail now" item on the Deskbar's mailbox menu. And also I need to set the "Beep" at E-mail filters > New mail notification.
