Tracker creates new makefiles with non-standard template

Description

I have no idea where the template comes from, but it certainly isn't the template makefile at ​http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/tree/data/develop/makefile -- the last line in Tracker's template is the old $(BUILDHOME) line.
