In general, since the situation in #11544 leaves the app_server in an inconsistent state, I wouldn't really consider this an application bug, as this effectively means that all bets are off as to any kind of reliable app/interface kit behavior. That it's resumable is pure luck. The same goes for the one filed against Deskbar.
