Tracker - folder Background setting not working in Tracker windows

Description

The background of each folder in Tracker can be changed. Tracker -> rightclick -> add-ons -> Background But is has no effect.

This only works if you view the specific folder in Icon view, dunno if that is a bug or intended.

I think this is just an unimplemented feature. I remember a patch for OpenTracker floating around BeShare(?) many years ago which implemented this, tho kinda buggy.
