E-mail preference applet needs a vector icon

Description

The E-mail preference application still uses a bitmap icon. This should be eventually replaced with a Haiku vector icon. Perhaps the icon used for the Mail app can be recycled.

Eventually all icons will be made into vector icons...also, see ticket #1429
