Streaming error in HTTP/2 framing layer

This error has occurred in the Beta 4 release after updating to latest release version of Beta4. Prior to the update the website (https://globalnews.ca) did display correctly.
This error does occur in WebPositive, Epiphany and any other web browser that utilize a webkit variant whether it be haikuwebkit, or webkit2gtk.
The error does not occur in browsers that use any variant of QtWebEngine PyQtWebEngine.

Confirmed in the forum that updating curl fixes the problem. This is a ticket for haikuports.

This is more likely a problem in curl rather than in haikuwebkit.
We don't touch http2 directly anywhere, it's all internal to curl.
