Bootloader shows duplicate video modes

At the end of the "Select Video Mode" menu, I have 9 modes than have already appeared in the listings.

all 8bit, 16bit + 32bit modes are sorted.. then there are a few more 8 bit, and 16bit.

Doesn't happen on qemu

The boot loader currently doesn't do any filtering (beyond removing modes that cannot be used) or sorting of the video modes the graphics card reports.

I wanted to implement sorting one day, and then doubled entries could be removed quite easily.
