Tracker vertical scrollbar doesn't update when dragged

Open a Tracker window with a vertical scrollbar enabled. Begin an operation in the background that increases or decreases the number of files in the folder the Tracker window has opened so the scrollbar should shrink or enlarge. Click the scrollbar. Now the number of files changes. The scrollbar size doesn't change until you release the scrollbar.
