[InstallCD] Safe mode in Install CD does not work

Description
(Checked with all the additional boot options selected) Crashes instantly, I can still type text to the screen, but it isn't interpreted by the shell.

the Registrar crashed. I'm not sure about the component, but it's better than Installer

Oh and the CD ejected at the same time - don't know if it was ejected as a result of the crash or if the crash was the result of ejecting the cd. hrev29005
