atimach64 header folder should be removed

Description
When the current ati video driver source code was put into the source repository in June 2009, the driver and accelerant code for the atimach64 driver was removed since it then became obselete. Only recently, I noticed that the headers files for the atimach64 driver are still in the source repository. Consequently, folder
headers/private/graphics/atimach64
should also be removed.
