Description
With the recent changes to index.php for raw/ cd/ and vmware/, their respective rss/index.php no longer updates with new images.
The rss/index.php seem to rely upon the mysql functionality that was recently removed.
At this time, hrev33465 is the most recent file. It is not included in the rss, which lists hrev33443 as the newest.

Added script to populate the tables on demand.

just to follow up, the RSS updates are confirmed to be working. After uploading all the files, BOM will trigger the update. Thanks mmlr!
