Description
When making an image with Vision, it'd be great if the settings for freenode and the haiku channel were also added. This would make things easier for new users and also for live cd.

To note, this could be as simple as any person populating Vision's settings with some generic settings.. like chat.freenode.net, #haiku, etc. Zipping up /boot/home/config/settings/Vision and attaching it to this ticket.

I attached binky-haiku_Vision_settings.zip to this ticket.
It adds the irc-freenode.org server and automatically joins #haiku on startup. Nickname is "binky-haiku" ("binky" is already taken). Unzip to "/".
