Description

In hrev34726 a fix was applied to build/jam/BuildSetup to allow bfs_shell build when ld and the linker used by gcc differ (#5158).

The attached patch reverts hrev34726 and instead introduces generally setting HOST_LD in configure (cf. #5158) instead of hardcoding an exception for Solaris somewhere.
